    Ebb Flow at Shed is a thoughtfully paced Vinyasa-style yoga class designed to cultivate presence, balance, and ease.

    Blending mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, this class invites you to slow down, tune in, and explore a deeper connection between body and mind. Expect fluid yet unhurried sequences that encourage awareness, strength, and flexibility—both physically and mentally.

    Enjoy the facilities at Shed and come early or stay after class to lounge in the salt cave, soak in the cold plunge and sauna, or relax on the zen bed.
