Mindful Mornings is a simple way to start the day. A mid-week cath up with community. Start your morning with friends, sharing wins for the week, tlaking about your goals, finding the simplest stretch and meditation, and leaving the call with a journal prompt to reflect on throughout the week. There’s no pressure. Just simply show up. In your pajamas, with your coffee, while you get ready, and however you are.
